Lighting manufacturer Robe agrees acquisition of Avolites

Avolites will continue to be based in the UK and operate with its existing leadership team following its purchase by the lighting manufacturer which is based in the Czech Republic.

Robe Lighting has agreed to acquire Avolites. The purchase of the video and lighting control manufacturer was agreed yesterday.

Whilte Robe is based in the Czech Republic, Avolites will remain in the UK and will continue to operate with its existing leadership team.

Josef Valchar, CEO of Robe lighting s.r.o.,commented: "This is a great acquisition for Robe.
